I experienced child-like delight when I first heard in the Hong Kong IFC office that we were to make this trip - my first long-haul trip in business class - to a client site near Munich.

I flew over earlier than the manager and partner on the case, to do some sightseeing at Schloss Neuschwanstein and Munich.

LH business class seats are in a poor 2-2-2 configuration that does not afford privacy, but one can’t complain when it’s not on my dime! What’s unique about LH A340-600 are the lavatories where the cargo hold is, and you walk downstairs to access them.
